We left off our last SE Asia exploration in February 2011. After a long hiatus, we are making it back. We fly to Hanoi January 1st (but don't arrive there until the 3rd). Our plan is to spend some time in the north, gradually work our way south to the Mekong Delta area, then head over to Cambodia and eventually fly home from Phnom Penh.
The vagueness in these plans is intentional: in the immortal words of Jerry Garcia, we're going where the climate suits our clothes.
I'm hoping that we'll find mellow weather, and good wifi so that I can post occasionally to this blog.
